There are different dynasties share common male line ancestors. And they are clearly not illegitimate offspring either. Will the production team combine them as one?

Ragnar's sons were previously divided into separate dynasties in the pre Royal Court versions of the game but were then merged into one dynasty with different houses.

I would leave dynasties the way they are, and solve the issue by re-introducing bloodlines. That would allow the unification of dynasties, but under one dominant dynasty, without messing up the entire mechanic.
