I was playing a colonial game and before my war against Peru I was having trouble hiring a merc company to assist in the war due to the range between origin province and destination province. I think a nice change would be to select a province and then hire a company to that province instead of scrolling through the potentially massive list to find one that will actually be able to show up where you want it to
