Menu Green & Unreadable

I wish I could upload a screencap, but regardless - I got my Skylines from Steam. Installed fine but when I run the game for a split second it displays the background graphic, then the main menu pops up, all green and grey but nothing on it is readable. Pixelated and blocky. You can see the web content scrolling on the sides, but they too are just grey blocks of translucent nothing.

I'm running on a Retina Display 27" iMac.

Any useful suggestions welcome.

Right-click on CS in Steam, Properties - you'll see it right there.
