Ha, no.

Annoyance aside, anyone got any suggestions? I don't know that there's anything worthwhile I can even take at this point. If I take Oxfordshire, England will have only London left on the continent, which means it'll move its capital, which means the game of colony whack-a-mole I just spent 10 years playing will only get worse. But if I take colonies instead to leave England with two provinces in Europe, I'm apt to end up back in this spot, because the colonies aren't worth anything in terms of war score.

In short, wtf.

get the colonies and form a nation thats what i always do as prussia station a stack there and rule north america just for fun

Yeah, it is fun to rule north america. If the tooltip had been telling the truth, though, England and all of its colonies (and colonial nations) would have been mine anyway. Instead, I ended up spending 10+ years to take ~30% worth of war score - Oxfordshire and all four of England's directly controlled American colonies. And because my war kicked the crap out of England, its colonial nations immediately rebelled, so now I'll have to conquer all of them individually.

In the end, the result will be the same. It's not a big deal. But lying tooltips are annoying. Or erroneous peace-deal screens. In this case, I'm thinkin it's the latter, cause there's no way London + Oxfordshire + four crappy provinces spread across the Americas should be worth 106% war score.

Do you have diplomatic NI? My guess on the bug as 85% WS is very close to the discount you would get from 106 provided you had flexible negotiations.
