EDIT: in the suggested perspective, it would mean someone who thinks this should only be Victoria 1 bugfixed AND pretends that to be the unanimous and genuine wish of the proletariat (community if you prefer)

Basically, some one who's a reactionary by nature, but whose framework or world view is shaped by socialism for whatever reason. (I.E. living in a communist country)
Conservative for me. I want to recognise the game (and from the screenshot, it looks like this will be the case at least cosmetically) but I want to see everything improved and elaborated on. Whether the game is more complex doesn't bother me a jot: as long as it doesn't get dumbed down 
I'm in the middle of conservative and liberal, perhaps with a slight leaning towards conservative.
There is a Carlist party which follows an idealogy along those lines...

Common Sense, no vulgarity or silliness or force modern liberalism onto a game which ends before those concepts were raised, any simplification or lack of much need additonal depth and complication, multiple flags for history and ideology, no whig-history propaganda, the provinces in the south island of new zealand being perfect and to do nothing and sacrifice nothing for the sake of sales.

Hm, I always thought anarcho-liberals were like the crazy jacobinites in France, who beheaded everyone who didn't share their opinion of "freedom". It didn't really fit well to libertanians or anarchocapitalists, as these hate any strong state. Libertanians and anarchocapitalists don't support dictators. These would be a small part of the "normal" liberals.
In this thread, I'm tending to conservative, although a little bit more freedom with the decision system of EU 3 would be good.

Anarcho-Liberal is the idealist capitalism, the idea that because all people are innately decent given the choice the consumer will buy the product based on quality and morality not on price and so you dont need to outlaw slavery because people will be willing to pay more fo the product maybe by fair standards and that only governments can be corrupt and private corporations and companies being truely democratic by way of the shareholders and boards are better suited to run the world than the states are. Its an insane idea that a lot of niave people bought into as a utopian dream on the other side but just as illthought and mental as communism. [this is the extreme, most anarcho-liberals just think that the government should have no hand at all in the economy as the 'invisible hand' of the market will take care of things]

I think in Victoria it's more the normal Liberals that fit that description (as they did back in those days, because that's what 'Liberalism' meant, not what Americans today call "Liberalism", which is more like very moderate Socialism). The Anarcho-Liberals in Victoria are something else.
i see liberals in victoria as the old Lib-Dems back in the days when they were a serious party i.e. the victoria time period. Like the parties which the game names as Liberal. Free Trade but the government keeping the bank in its paws and maintaining the right to swat anyone causing trouble.
Most of the Liberal parties in the game are (correctly) set as having 'Laissez-Faire' in economic policy, which means economic freedom and no government regulations in the market. Pretty much what you described. That's what 'Liberalism' used to mean - an ideology based on the ideas of John Locke, Adam Smith and people like that.
Anarcho-Liberals would be, like someone mentioned above, more like the Jacobines from the French Revolution. That's why they set up dictatorships.
