Well, are there events or something else related to the Megali Idea in Kaiserreich?

If you defeat Bulgaria in the Great Balkan War together with Romania and Serbia you'll get an event a year or so later where you're granted cores on the Ionian coast. I guess that's as close as it gets.

You already have cores on all greek Ionian provinces, except Corfu. Dont you mean the Aegean Sea?
