Just as the title says, Megacorps are unfairly hindered by the lack of a civic like Corvee. Machines & Hives even have a civic that allows this.

Please add it to one of the weaker existing Megacorp civics, such as Ruthless Competition, thus offering another top tier civic while also giving Megacorps the option to move pops without influence like every other type of empire.

I'm not sure that Ruthless Competition is a good fit for this effect, so I think they'd need to add a new civic for it. Megacorps are starved for civics though, so that'd be a good thing. Regardless Megacorps do need a civic for influence free resettlement.

Fair enough. I just don't want them to add it as a civic all by itself, as it would make (what is IMHO) a mandatory pick really underpowered compared to something like Trade Posts (which also feels like a mandatory pick to me, given how powerful station hydroponics are now (70+ food at no pop cost); not to mention if you happen to start in a nebula for 70+ minerals during the early game at no pop cost).

I like the idea. Here's a name and some flavor text for a new Civic.

Traveling Salesman Solution - Your corporation's vigorously active HR policies include both remote work accommodations and an efficient relocation program. Your employees are willing to work on site or remotely, and your logistics infrastructure can deliver both product and persons to the target location without delay.
