Whilst the Banks patch and the utopia DLC are great and I can currently find little wrong with them, I do have two points of contempt, both with individual features.

The first is the inability for hive minds to research the ability to uplift presentients, there's not much else to say about this one other than, Why?

Second is the inability to remove Megastructures, I know they are Big and shouldn't just be deletable, however I'd like to see the ability to slowely dismantle them in in the same manner they are built e.g. ;
  1. Build a dismantling site
  2. Dismantle the structure stage by stage (same as they are built)
  3. The dismantling site is removed at the end
Hope you see this paradox! Good work and keep it up! :)
