Nothing I know of in final release, but check out the IFU (Imperium Francorum Universalis) subforum. There is also the Mongolian Empire scenario in the works (don't let the name fool you - it's not only Mongols
), covering 1150-1419.

Actually I, along side someother guys, made a medieval scenario to EU 1 once, so I maybe got someuseful info or stuff, but although Im a rather experienced EU 1 scenario maker I havent, yet, learned everything about making EU 2 scenarios

It's very similar to EU1 though... Exceptions are mainly the events, some new objects in the country definition (culture, DPs) and some very few other things that are changed (like e.g. no diplo-matrix in EU2)

I'm just now beginning a scenario starting around 500 AD to about 1100 AD or so, so this might cover the time period you're interested in. The plan is for Europe/Middle East/West Asia/North Africa to be playable. It's mainly going to be focused around the Eastern Roman Empire, but the Germanic Kingdoms and also the Persians and Arabs should be good too (especially the Arabs, with the arrival of Muhammed - I plan on making them very strong, so even as a human Roman Empire or Persia it will be hard to resist the computer Caliphate).
Having said that, progress probably won't go all that fast for me, since I have more mundane RL responsibilities, like doing well in my classes so I can graduate and find a job.
