So right now its sort of moot to pick up anti-biotics and especially iodine pills. The colonists seem to be drinking nuclear waste so they often get irradiated. Meaning having iodine pills lying around means they consume them. This is a problem especially when not in a catastrophie event where you dont really care if healing them takes a bit longer. THus I'm frequently basically out of iodine or anti-biotics.
I'd like to see a restriction on their usage so I can better control when I need to use them, either for maybe trading, or for events
To compensate for this, I think some random events where drug addicts try to raid the medicine cabinets would be a good counter
