I just tried to get that achievement as communist Sweden. 1936 Start, no checksum altering mods, not in easy... I bombed Copenhagen and nothing happened. Denmark was free and part of the allies (Axis defeated)

What is the problem ? Is it because I'm in the comintern ? Or is Copenhagen not considered part of Denmark ? Is there another hidden condition ?

There is currently an issue with the free anniversary dlc changing the checksum. Check the achievement button in the top left to see if you're eligible for any of them.

if you have your steam settings on auto update of dlc the Anniversary DLC was downloaded and it broke achievements by ninja changing the checksum. The fact that it changed the check sum was not caught and it has prevented a lot of people from getting achievements they were working on.

This is supposed to be fixed in the 1.4 patch release ( right @podcat ?)
