According to the HoI4 wiki it says that Mechanized gives a 10% soft attack bonus and a 400% bonus to hard attack. Here is the screenshot https://gyazo.com/2c031a598965590050f6a80dc81d83ef Is this true and/or does this actually get applied in game? If true, would it be worth for putting into tank divisions in order to give your tank division more hard attack VS other tanks? Would it be worth to increase the hard attack of your specialized anti-tank divisions?

According to the HoI4 wiki it says that Self Propelled Anti Air gives a 50% bonus to soft attack. Here is the screenshot https://gyazo.com/82bd5a5c239732adb1622d0c9e4ae9c0
Is this true and/or does this actually get applied in game? If true, would it be worth for putting into tank divisions in order to give tank division additional soft attack for pushing through standard 40/44 combat width Inf/SpecForce/Arty divisions? Or, is it still more worth to add Self Propelled Artillery in order to gain additional soft attack over the Self Propelled Anti Air?

As far as I know, that's a bonus to the battalion, not the division. It modifies the stats of that equipment the division is using to do things like make special forces have better breakthrough than infantry, cavalry move faster than normal infantry, etc, even though they're all deriving their stats from the base infantry equipment. So, sticking mechanized infantry in your tank divisions won't increase the hard attack that comes from the tanks.

Not sure why tanks and SPAAGs get those modifiers, since it's not like they're being used in multiple different battalion types like infantry equipment. Seems like that just serves to obfuscate the actual stats of the equipment.

I believe the mechanized bonus only applies to the mechanized brigade, not the division as a whole. The mechanized brigade gets it's combat stats from infantry equipment, and mechanized equipment boost the stats of infantry equipment.
