How do you use negative supply/fuel values? :confused:

I'm really not seeing how this fits into game mechanics... why not just start at a number like 10 and go down to 6? Why 1.5 down to -4.5? And what's it even mean? :eek:

It helps you space things out better. :)

Notice how bandkanon had something relating to columns in the works when he posted it (3 columns, one for the tech modification, one for mechs, one for motor), but they didn't end up so pretty or readable. ;)
