Meal Variety Broken

As in the subject line, meal variety option does nothing. This is after dumping all of the food in my prison twice.

I've noticed the same thing. For example, you can have variety set to "none" and still receive at least three different ingredients each day.
Also, quantity can be set to low and yet ingredients will continue to arrive in significant quantities despite overflowing fridges.

Food for 55 prisoners, apparently. Is this excessive? This is the only canteen, by the way.
