I have to say Arsenal of Democracy appears to be the ultimate version of HOI2 and HOI2 beats HOI3 hands down. I was sorry to see HOI3 was such a disappointing flop but Arsenal of Democracy gives me hope that the series may yet survive to become what it should be. I just don't see HOI3 being salvageable as a decent game but Arsenal of Democracy I can play until the cows come home and still want more.
