Good events but IMHO the communism ones should start a civil war with the federation still trying to hold on in the east and with both sides having CBs on each other.

And of course if serfdom is too high, stability is too low, and the country is at war, Russia should get event where rebels seize power and it can choose to fight or join them starting civil war (that is, splitting russia in two) either way. But revolution events are a different story.

Putin's foreign policies:

Date: 2000-2005

Description: When president Putin came to power, Russia has lost most of its former foreign links, while gaining almost none. It was an isolated country, despised by the West, hated by the East, abandoned by its former allies, all but isolated. The president, however, had an intention to bring back the days when Russia was a respected member of the world community. The question was only, which side to face - continue the "Journey to the West", and maybe get admitted in EU sometime; try to create a strategic axis with the East (namely India and China), and expand the weapons trade; turn to the South, where radical islamic states were already eyeing Russia hungrily; or try to consolidate the immediate neighbors, and once again dominate in the region.

- Russia will become a part of Europe!

The list is a bit long, but if you say it's necessary i guess it is. But some events dont require events, for example the new prime ministers shouldnt get events imho :\

They will change monarch's stats (as in EEP England's prime ministers).
