Well I did some events... and descriptions.. to.
And bascially, I've been doing "easy" ones that have everyone (mostly, except for assasinations / deaths) as the same death/start date, like the USA and other democracies.
Researching stuff would be harder.

I think have elections where they can elect some kind of president. But he has no real power.
