Well, we need a hell lot of events just to get the plot smoothly rolling.

Also, we gotta remember that we haven't done any techs or units yet, so that's gonna push us back.

Because of no new sprites for the alpha, I'd suggest that people usa NATO counters when playing.

Well I want peace treaties and stuff as well. But we won't need election events for all the countries or minor events like Sweden refusing the Euro.

It'll be in there of course, just those types of things aren't a priority for the alpha. However, if a specific event is important to someone, it'll be easy for us to add it in if they write the description and all.

We basically have three major pillars left for the alpha:

Leaders: The significant countries need leader files. So France, Germany, Italy, South Korea, and North Korea need files.

Tech: We have a lot of ideas, they need to be composed into a tree structure and then coded.

Events: This really isn't that hard for the event-guys. We just mainly need the DOW-type events.

Leaders: They will be hard to complete, but once researched, shall be done quite easily.

Tech: I have that covered ;)

Events: I also definitely have that covered ;)

Hooah? :D

I suppose I'll spend all my extra time on leaders then. Not exactly a fun project, but needs to be done I suppose.

I believe we'll get a lot more people submitting information for their local countries after we get some alpha versions out there.

I disagree. If we hurry, we will release a bad product, therefore nobody would be interested because they would think it's a helpless cause.

hmm.... i dont see how hurrying would release a bad product. if we just spend more time coding and finding leaders and work a little harder we can defiantly get a mid Dec. release

Well, you have to remember that there are ONLY 2 (small ones I did) Tech's coded. Of course, I can code about 50 in about a half-hour :D
