I'm a big console gamer, so would be interested in PDS games on console (not least because they'd be forced to make the UI readable at distance in 1080p

), but for the grand strategy titles (all the current PDS games), it'd need mouse/kb support (perfectly achievable through bluetooth) as I suspect controlling with a pad of the controllers touchpad would be pretty finickity and painful. If I could play EUIV (or HoI3/4, Vicky 2 or CK2) on a PS4 with a mouse/kb, I'd get them in a hearbeat, BUT.....
.... on console, I think the audience for these games would be pretty small. I'd think it's only worth doing if it could be done pretty cheaply, and it'd likely need some kind of UI overhaul to support gamepads for people that didn't have a spare BT mouse/kb handy. Personally, while I'd love it, I can't see why it'd make business sense (noting I have _no_ information, market testing, etc, to base this view on beyond a vague hunch

). If, for some reason, it is being considered, I quite enjoyed RUSE with the Move controller being used as a pointer - may be an option on PS4? But I'd be very careful before doing this (porting PDS grand strategy titles to console), as I'd be surprised if it'd pass the cost/benefit test. If going down this path, CK2 would be the obvious first choice, as it seems to be the game that people find the most accessible, and has the broadest appeal.
Runemaster, on the other hand, should come to console as I think it'd bring in a decent number of fans (console gamers have traditionally been fans of tactical RPGs), it should be fairly easy to port over, and it's already having pad support built in (so there'd be no need to a UI redesign).
