The more I think about it the more im convinced that Sergei and company are holding the Beta until December 24th or 25th so he could be a Santa Claus of some sort (hes close enough to the North Pole )

What do you all think?

And does anyone know what the Map looks like?!?!?

I don't think we will se a beta this year. I guess at the start of January they will start searching for betatesters, and in the middle of January they wil start testing
The game will reach stores in may or june.

For heaven's sake, let them use all the time they need. It would be a blast to play a game that doesn't absolutely require patches to avoid CTDs every half hour.

I agree. I just think it is annoying when you get a date, and then it shows up it is wrong. Better to add a few extra week to be on the safe side and don't make anyone disappointed.
Like this with the screenies. Sergei promised screenies on last Wednesday, than Thursday, but there is still no screenies. Isn't it better that he says 'next week' or 'before x-mas'? Now I'm going here two times a day, and every time I get disappointed.

AFAIK Sergei didn't promiss anything regarding screenies.
There was something about pictures of the Tallinn dungeon presentation, but no screenies until (after) beta...

I was wrong. When someone spooked of photos I supposed it was screenies. Who cares about pictures from a demo (i.e. if it don't have any pictures of the game)?

As already mentioned it wasn't screenies. In addition to that Sergei said that he hadn't time to upload anything until after his Warsaw presentation this week...

as good as it is for them to get more time to work on things i would think the sooner they got betas helping the better?
it is possible they want to wait till after the holiday season to make sure everyone is home and able to apply and so on though.

Don't they have screenshots for these presentations in Estonia/Warsaw?? What do they use; concept art and Powerpoint presentations?

It was supposed to be published in a Russian magazine in late November, but they felt it wasn't "ready" yet and postponed it. I think only the Paradoxians/Snowballers know what it looks like, although a few selected ones have got a glimpse of parts of it...

2. Who do I have to kill to have a look at map ?
3. To whom to send check to get a look on map ?
4. How many zeros number must have on check ?
5. Do paradox have any monitor near some widow that look at some hotel or like that ?
