So, I’m running inward perfection and I just found a ringworld. Fixed it up, no problem.
I also own around 30 planets, most of which are getting full in terms of employment and housing. So, I have tons of internal migration. I also have no migration treaties (so POPs stent leaving the empire) and I’m building robots (enslaved synths) on every planet.
Needless to say, I seem to be capping out on migration to the first segment of the ringworld I colonized. But looking at my planets, it seems like I’m losing more POP growth to emigration than I am recouping via immigration to my ringworld.
Am I actually losing POP growth (similar to sedentary trait), or is the math more hidden
than that? If I’m losing POP growth, I will need to build a series of habitats to soak up extra POPs during the down time while I continue restoring the ringworld.
