Shouldn't Maximilian's events spark off revolts and revolution attempts in Mexico?

Right now, it actually REDUCES militancy (though I'm not sure that the event is working, shouldn't it be pop militancy = 10 and not =100).

I think there needs to be new effects to Maximilian being installed. The militancy of all non-aristocrats and possibly capitalists should be upped to a high level.

Secondly, an event should be created that if rebels ever control Mejixo, Maximilian should be ousted.

Right now, I don't see any events that get rid of Maximilian at all.

Anyone agree?

I would like to know what the situation is on the Maximilian events. I am playing Mexico and was rolling right along when France and Spain declared war (1861) and I thought WTF!! then realized the year. SOooo they beat me up and made me a satellite - but no Maximilian? No regime change? no monarchy? I was still a democracy having elections constantly. I altered that on my own for realisms sake but it just seems there should be more dramatic effect to the French Intervention.
