This one feature will have me playing the game for months to come, rather than the invigorating experience that is lobby simulator in RD.
Waiting in the lobby of RD was like swimming in a cesspool. The absolute worst part of the game, unfortunately.

Unfortunately, the lobby is still more prominent when you click multiplayer and I bet 'Quickmatch' isn't used by many people. Even in the beta, I've seen lobbies at 2/4 and 3/6 (multiples of them) obviously players looking for a stomp but unwilling to join someone elses game that is probably a 'team' as well. Granted, quickmatch isn't enabled yet... Hopefully I'm wrong.

They should have done it like rocket league, where all matches are done thru matchmaking unless you setup a private lobby with a password. Obviously still allow teams to matchmake (as RL does)...

Hopefully the team stops will subside... that is if they implement the quick match system properly... and also have a team vs team option... then ppl will not even bother with the lobby.

Nonetheless having it name "Quickmatch" vs Ranked will move ppl in the former direction... hopefully

Matchmake by multiplayer in-lobby blocking of any team-switching that would exacerbate teams imbalance? Displaying each players rank, kill-ratio, winrate and experience stats in-lobby, would allows players verify balancing without clicking each player profile.
