Is there a list out there that explains what all the Leadership skills do? I'm also wondering if you attach a leader with a skill to an HQ does that magnify the effects?

The manual explains all the leader atributes, and no, you get nothing special with the HQ.
If you'd bought the game you'd have a manual, unless it's at a friend's house or something.

Speaking as a school teacher that sounds like a depressingly bad excuse.
If on the other hand you are a pirate I say shame on you - not only have Paradox made a great game - they also maintain this excellent forum for us to use and actually use what we all contribute with in their patches (and about that, Johan... 1.2......????? pretty please with sugar on top??)

I love HOI2 and I purchased it but due to banning
I was actually considering purchasing HOI1 and the pack (6) associated with it. Banning someone because they don't have a manual and assuming they are a pirate is absurd. Can you find every manual for every game you have...I have 2 kids and some just don't survive a 4 year old. I lost 2 CD's of Empire Earth this way. Had to buy used one's on EBAY to play the game.
Have you ever lost the KEY to a game and now cannot play it but you have the original CD?
As we all know there is much more to be learned in this game than is stated in the manual.
I do particularly appreciate not having to put the CD in every time to play the game.
However,I'm a legitamate buyer and now I'm turned off.
So great... Paradox, you lost a possible pirate and a current cash paying customer with interest in purchasing past and future games.
One must be certain before calling a possible legitimate buyer a Pirate.

Seriously, I would say it has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that he is, did you read what he wrote? Hell, people go to jail for less clear evidence than this in some cases.
