It would fall under Graphics or Balance categories. (Has a bit of both so I am not 100% which would suite it better). It mainly deals with spacing out engagement ranges between ships in battle, spacing out formation positioning before battles, reducing the amount of collision / clipping, reducing the amount of projectiles / lasers on screen at one time, positioning ships using the Z-Axis more extensively and I hear it even improves FPS somewhat.

Modifies stats of various ships, adds more hangar options for the cruiser and battleship class ship sizes, and allows civilian stations, defense platforms, and frontier outposts to be edited.
