Mass Transit DLC vs Free

Can someone please explain to me what you get for free with the new update and what you get when you purchase the DLC please?

Free:
- new road types
- toggle traffic lights/stop signs
- street naming and street adjustment tools
- traffic path inspector (previously known as the Traffic Report Tool mod)
- new road precision tools
- more public transport adjustment options
- intercity trains toggle at passenger stations

Mass Transit DLC:
- blimps, cable cars, ferries, monorail
- various transport hub buildings, multi-platform train stations
- three new scenarios and their maps for free building.
- new unique buildings
- wide canals to support ferry traffic

That's the list of essentials off the top of my head. There's also a new Traffic Flow info gauge, but I'm not sure if it's free stuff or DLC.

Scrap that, new roads DO NOT come with the free patch. Nonsense by @Co_Karoliina in that EGX Rezzed stream... but more reasons to buy the DLC at least.

Well I went ahead and purchased the DLC 12:52pm UK time and still waiting for my key.

There is no space between the paid stuff at the top and the free stuff, so it isn't obvious where it starts ("Free update for all players"), but it's about half way down the first section (above the modder links).
