Martians!

Hello guys, how hard would it be to put together War of the Worlds mod?

You'd have to make an extra new POP for the martians and all the humans POPs under their control gets turned into slaves.

other ideas:
give the martians a state in england.
martians have high badboy rating, minus prestige, hi-tech, hi-industrial etc..
prepetual wars except with their satellites.

etc..
