Removing prohibited references, but point still stands (new thread)
Is the following marketing employee Shane DeFreest still working with Paradox?
boundingintocomics.com
I recently became aware of the controversy surrounding him, and I wondered if Paradox had taken any action regarding the events during their press events to protect their staff or others?
It was also pointed out that Shane's behavior was raised on social media (to Shams Jorjani), and Paradox was either unaware or they went silent on what happened - but there was no response as to what happened after the events came out, and it seems there was no immediate action taken.
Can someone from Paradox actually comment on this?
(Getting some sort of response would be more welcome than deleting or locking the thread.)
Additions:
- It was pointed out that Shane was actually an Obsidian employee (and remained so after the incident), but considering it was a Paradox marketing event, it feels like a statement should be made.
- Note that apparently Fred Wester was removed/stepped down as CEO during this time, so not sure if those two are related.
