Is it presents in the game the marian reform?
Marius hase reformed the legion structure, has removed the distinction between hastati, princeps and triari and has introduced the cohort and manipulus.

I don't believe it is in the game in the form of an event but you may be able to achieve a similar effect by advancing in military technology.

Nope, no historical events, again. In Rome Marian Reforms will probably be simulated by better HI ('legionary') cohorts or something similar.

I doubt that it will be done by event, as it's too nation-specific for latest Paradox policy. Hopefuly I'm wrong
