After discover the future Italian invasion 4 days before it happens, the Spanish government mobilizes his country, but all they know that this will be useless!

When the Duce knows about the Spanish Warning Cards, he just became furious! He comands the antecipation of Operazione Terra Nostra in 24 hours.

The Republican Spain invasion begins. The Italians are leaded by General De Bono. The Italian Army first step in Spain is in Valencia, the amphibious assault happens without resistance, and by July 7th, a secure beachead is estabilished.

In July 5th happens the first naval battle of the war, the first Italian one since WWI.

The first battle in Spain finally happens, with an Italian victory, of course.

July 23th, 1936

After the landing of almost all Italian divisions in Spain, Italy, suffer, at least, the consequences of his agression, the world is chocked, Nations League warns Italy, that is now seen with bad eyes.

The Italian people, suddenly scaried with international reactions, starts to destruct factories (dissent at 20%). The Duce, as the ancient Rome Senate, gives to people bread and circuses (increasing consumer goods production).

Hitler was suprised for not have being warned about the invasion by Mussolini.​

The Duce is very happy with Italian performance, we were third, only behind Germany and USA, winning 12 golds, 14 silvers and 25 bronzes medals.

Ahhh, just as the Romans did, you shall make your first real conquest be Iberia. Would be better if you were fighting Tunisia for it, but who can ask for too much and expect to receive it?

If I conquer all continental Spain I think that I will could.

It came with HSR. I think that is a form to prevent an early conquer of Spain, but I didn't give a damn, right? :rofl:

Nice advance into Spain, whenever I try to take Republican Spain without the Nationalists there to take some of the heat off I always lose o . Maybe HSR makes it a bit easier

HSR makes it a LOT harder. HSR gives AI 15% + IC and gives to you 10% speed reduction.

I also have to say that I have NONE division in Ethipia, and, as I say in Operazione Terra Nostra preparations, I'm attacking them with 32 divisions.

I'm already using it, with the supplies exception, all my IC is being destinated to decrease the dissent.

I'm not sure about that, Portugal is not in the Med and has victory points in Africa, so I will think twice before invade it. I do have a doubt about my next step. I will post it in the next update.

Yes they are, but are also very usefull, specially in the Mediterrean

The air is not necessary at all, I will focus in sea after finish my paratroopers.

November 19th, 1936

Due to war expenses the Duce promotes changes in Italian Economy, devaluing the Italian Lira to the keep the social order. The only Italians that don't like it are the importers.

In the same day, evil partisans took the Islando of Rhodes thinkin that the Duce would not react. They were wrong. The counterattack comes as an amphibious assault. A good partisan is a dead partisan. Rhodes is Italian once more.

The Duce commands the rebuild of the Colossus of Rhodes, to honor the brave Italian soldiers that gave their lives for that beautifull island.​

January 2nd, 1937

New year, new life, right? Thinking like this the spanish people asked us for peace, didn't thinking like this, Mussolini refused this dishonour to the magnific Italian Army.

The Duce does not accept false peace treaties! And the war will continue in the next update, with a powerfull attack to Madrid.
