Yeah, I'll take a German Duchy. Not sure wether to take Milano, Saxoni, Swabia or Bavaria, maybe a Lorraine.
Also, could we update to the latest Beta? I already have it and I think it's very interesting (Although, I've heard of problems with a plague, but I have yet to experience it)

I thought I heard that the newest beta plus that mod to those two plagues for the .txt file was being used?
Yes, we are currently on May 13, and will (to the best of my knowledge) update to this week's patch also.
Incidentally, I forgot one thing, not a rule so much as a bit of advice : Defrag your hard-disk the night before we play, and keep background processes to an absolute minimum. If the ingame music doesn't please you, edit the music file rather than running a player program, for example.

I've run out of my surplus money it just stays at 0 no matter how negative
my monthly income is

My dear God! Does this mean we have a possibility of 12 people? MADNESS! But goodness, let's just hope Trav's connection is up to it. 12 people in a CK game is unheard of. In terms of changes, Poland has eaten up 2/3 of Lithuania's territory, the Kingdom of Jerusalem has been created from Safed (I believe) down past Ascalon (though Duchy of Ascalon broke off). England has invaded much of Ireland and Iberia is nearly united under the Kingdom of Castille. Hungary has expanded massively, gobbling up all of the Crimea and present-day Romania. Norway has nearly unified Scandinavia, with only Sweden now standing in their way. Flanders has become independent from France and Pronsk has taken much of Russia (2/3 at least). The Roman Empire (Byz) has conquered all of Croatia, while Apulia took Sicily with much difficulty. It seems the power rankings are thus:
1) Castille
2) Byzantium
3) Poland
4) Hungary
5) Pronsk/Rus
6) Norway
7) Flanders
8) Apulia
Those are just the nations that were played last session and it's quite deceptive because Poland is soon to be #5. Both Rus and Hungary are growing exponentially in power, and it seems they've decided to ally against Poland. I believe I just wet myself in ph33r.

I am flattered of the high thoughts of Hungary mister powerhouse Poland but I think you are wrong to think that we will attack you. We have so far only answered to your aggression.

You may also be overestimating Norway's power; although Flanders is my vassal, I quite frankly would not care for a war with them. As for 'only Sweden standing in my way', well, you are forgetting that Germany got about half of Denmark, and Sweden is giving me quite a beating! I believe I can take them, but it'll be a desperate and costly affair; already two of my forts have crumbled from lack of funds to repair them. And they insist on besieging fortresses where there are no roads, and my army will crumble away from attrition. And they run every time I confront them! Just because I'm smart enough to get 4-to-1 odds, they won't stand and fight!
Also, you forgot to rank England, which was played in the last half-hour of our game; I would put them above Flanders (barely), but below Pronsk.

And you are underestimating the power of Vlaanderen, especially as I pushed my claim on Ille de France. I am 2nd or 3rd in income, 4th or 5th on manpower and my cultural and architectural archievements dazzle the Christian world.
