Mapproblems: terra incognita?

I was hoping somebody could provide me with a solution to my problem and that problem is the following: my own lands are 'Terra Incognita'.

Because I read somewhere it might be a bad instalment I:
-deleted local files in Steam.
-removed manualy remaining files from EU4 in 'Steam' and 'Document' maps.
-reinstalled and varified.
Varification said everything was fine. No corrupted files.

And than, every time after reinstaling the game, the first time I start up the game it crashes at the end of the loading. And every time I load the game after that, it doesn't crash anymore, but my own lands are 'terra incognita'. Tried it 4 times so there must be a fundamental problem, I asume.

If anybody can supply me with a possible solution, I would be much obliged.

I've tried those. And they didn't work. Unfortunately.

Please post a dxdiag.txt (you can delete everything after the end of the "Sound devices" section for brevity) and your Documents/EU4/settings.txt. Zip up your whole Documents/EU4/logs/ directory and attach or link that here too please.
