After downloading the new version of HIP to update the Conclave I see I can not use the old map that featured the island of Madeira. Does anyone know how should I replace the map containing the Portuguese island? The only reason I prefer the map with the island is the historical accuracy and allow Portugal some Atlantic expansionism. Thanks for the help

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
You would either need to mod the Island back in yourself. Which would involve drawing it on to the province.bmp, adding a definition for it, a localisation for it, a title history, a province history, a character history entry and a flag for it.
Or you would need to roll back to the last SWMH version that contained Madeira.
We cut it several versions back, alongside other island provinces down there, as we deemed the province ID's to be of more use elsewhere
