Map textures not working properly

I recently re-installed CKII, but when I got to the map screen, the map looks like this.

I have tried deleting the map files and restoring them with a back-up, and I've also tried restoring it by uninstalling it and re-installing it through steam. I'm all out of ideas here and any help would be appreciated...

EDIT: Just read the sticky, this is a PC version off steam.

Please post a dxdiag.txt (you can delete everything after the "Sound devices" section for brevity), settings.txt, system.log and error.log files (you'll need to rename the .log files to .txt to upload). Also open setup.log, search for "checksum", and paste that line only in here.
