I'm just going to put a link to my suggestion but basically the british isles would look so much better and play so much better like this:

Nice representation over all. Except I would make Bréifne, the Gaelic Kingdom of Connacht and the Connacht further west the hiberno-Norman McWilliam Burkes. I'd expand Ormond into the Southern part of Leinster, making what is now Kildare on your map, the kingdom of the Meic Mhurchadha in East Leinster (maybe shortening the pale a little bit. Meath should probably be Kildare too.
Thus you have in the North:
Tír Eoghain - the Uí Néill of Telach Óg, independent
Tír Chonaill - the Uí Dhomhnaill (maybe in vassalage to the above).
Ulaidh/Clandeboy - Clann Aodha Bhuí independent.
West
King's Cantred - the Uí Chonchobhair Donn independent
West Connacht - The McWilliam Burkes independent.
South
Thomond - Uí Bhriain independent.
Desmond - Geraldines - (independent or in vassalage to King of England/Lordship of Ireland).
Ormond - Butlers - (in vassalage to King of England/Lordship of Ireland).
East
Kildare - Fitzgeralds (vassalage to King of England/Lordship of Ireland)
East Leinster/ - Meic Mhurchadha (independent).
The Pale - Kingdom of England/Lordship of Ireland.
The kingdom of England could hold all land/vassalage directly, though it could also work if there was an Irish Lordship/Kingdom situated in the Pale, with an English parliamentary system in personal union with the Kingdom of England, as well as having claims on all Irish provinces. Would also allow for a Poynings law event.
