The sheer number of provinces that the German region seems to be getting makes Italy look a little mild. I like that the names are now more consistent.

I never really understood what people mean by cannot run higher then speed X. I am pretty sure I have a shittier computer than everyone in this thread and I can run speed 5 perfectly fine, it is just pathetically slow compared to people here.
Yeah, fife is like the coast @ kircaldy right? so on the picture of the provinces that I had on the other page it would make more sense to be put in the lanarkshire province as it has no borders with lothianFife is just the land between the Forth and Tay rivers. It was wealthy but wasn't big too small to be truly represented on EUIV map. Lanarkshire is to the south of Stirling so adding Fife into it would make no sense. I'd sooner add actual Fife to Lothian and rename Fife Perthshire.
It's that I doubt Poles were the majority in the area back then.
Now, if you want to turn into poles all the people that considered themselves Poles or tied to a Polish state it changes everything, but I'm afraid that's not the case in game.
The Poles in Red Ruthenia were of course still a minority overall and largely limited to Lviv and other towns. There were also numerous pockets of Poles spread across the rest of Ukraine and Lithuania. By the same token Poznan and indeed, most cities in Eastern Europe - would be German.
Here's an ethnographic map of the region from the year 1858: http://i.imgur.com/qAOEhaQ.jpg
As far as L'vov is concerned, it should follow the rules of the game. If the province culture should be it's capitol's culture, L'vov should be Polish. If the province culture should be the culture of the countryside, L'vov should be Ruthenian.

Meckelburg has two provinces.
No longer year 1 OPM to annex.
Yes, but you could easily fit a dozen more there. You did see the Italy screenshot last week, right? Italy got a whole bunch of new provinces!
Gniezno is probably still the capital of Kalisz province.
I think Notec got its name from the Prussian Netze-Distrikt in the area (which derived its name from the Notec river, Netze in German). Its capital might be Bydgoszcz (Bromberg).
I suspect it's to hide the default placing of forts.Disable Fog of War for screenshots too mainstream.![]()
The Palaiologoi ruled Montferrat?^ This. Hopefully, since the province was added to the game, we get Montferrat as an actual nation, and it just hadn't been implemented yet on the Italy map teaser last week. It would really need an achievement to place the Palaiologoi back on the Byzantine throne once Byzantium is gone!
Overall, though, the European map improvements have all looked very good so far!
