Nice to see Genoa gain another province, maybe they can be more prominent in the Italian scene now.

Given that this is like the first teaser that has shown a free Montferrat and we don't see a diplo-screen it could possibly be.

Well, given that the dev diary tomorrow should be about subject interactions (assuming this means vassals instead of some new population/popularity mechanic), it's entirely possible it could be something else entirely.

Tarragona reaches too far south. Maybe it should have been called Castellón and extend Barcelona to the Ebro river as a natural border.
PD: Also "La Mancha" makes no sense to me, a better name would be "Ciudad Real" or "Albacete" I don't know which city was bigger at that time.

With Castile+Aragon getting two rounds of extra provinces at this point, it seems sad that Portugal hasn't changed at all. Especially that huuuuge Alentejo looks very out of place compared with the new province density in the rest of Europe.

@Wiz we will have Arezzo's core on his province? They were conquered by florence in 1384 and like other italian northern provinces (particulary tuscan ones) deserve his own tag, in my advice.

Would be easier to appreciate the new stuff if you posted the pictures without FoW

It seems Genoa node is connected to either new world or west africa and feeds only Champagne node.
Or Sevilla is not an end node and feeding Genoa ??

some border inaccuracies may come from resizing the new provinces to fit the 1080p screenshot, mostly in Italy since I aligned it at Galicia (Iberia seems fine).

On the screen, it looks like Genoa is feeded by Champagne. It doesn't make sense for Genoa receiving trade from the Americas as this discovery meant for them that they would become marginal.
I'm unsure about the fact that for France, the loss of vassals will be a nerf because France can now try to diplo-vassalize stuff like Navarra, Baden, East Frisia, Minors in Ireland etc ... This change lots of thing in Multiplayer.
Alentejo should be divided in North Alentejo (capital city Évora), and South Alentejo (capital city Beja). The center should one more province (Leiria), and also in the north (Guimarães or Braga or Chaves). Specially Guimarães should be in the game. It's where Portugal was "born", and the first capital of the kingdom.
