its probably a bug or not yet finished, but map screenshot function doesnt work properly instead of coloring provinces in their owner colors they stay same color as in map/provinces.bmp file just without sea provinces

I could not reproduce this issue. The map is looking fine. If the issue remains, please attach the screenshots.
