Map Partially Black and White

I've recently noticed this behavior where about a quarter of my map is black with white lettering. If I zoom in, I see the buildings and the heraldry symbols. I'm using steam, and so far I've tried the following:

Updated my video drivers
Verified Files in Steam
Removed all mods
Uninstalled the game and reinstalled

Anyone have a clue what might be causing this? I read about game controllers screwing up the map, but I don't have any connected.

Please go to Documents/paradox/ck3/ and delete these folders:

cache
shadercache
terraincache

That should do it for you!
