Yeah, looks like the same thing. You may be able to fix it by bulldozing the offending piece of road but finding it may be tricky. They seem to fall to the very bottom of the map and if the glitch is small, it's difficult to find the right angle where you can reach it with the bulldozer.

Have you followed the red line to the other end? Any glitches there?
