Vulture, zoom out as much as possible and look at the border between the end of the map (which is white) and the sea zones.

I can see horisontal stripes that are brighter than the sea zones. They scale from bright close to the border to the darker blue of the sea zone. I have never thought of it as a bug...

I hope it is that Eugene means. If not, what do you mean with blurred?

If I zoom out the map fully, and then move scroll the map first up (by having the mouse pointer at the top of the screen), and then move the map down as far as I can, New Zeeland becomes enlonged soutwards. Which could be described as blurred.

The first instance is when you are playing zoomed in where it is nearly unnoticeable.
