We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
I have yet to give it a good look, but (not including epilepsy warning, credits and other such things) it has around 38 pages of information. That's more than what most computer games have, on the other hand, it might still not satisfy many people.
It also has a short (2 paragraph long) briefing on history&EIC.
For those who don't know where the manual is:
Download the game via GamersGate, cancel the installation (as there are no serials yet) and choose to keep the temporary files. Go to the directory where the downloader was downloaded to, from there to GamersGate temporary files directory and from there it should be in a directory with a number for a name. There you will find manual.pdf.

Thanks T'pek....I had it downloaded now for 2 days, just waiting for the activation key and didn't even know i already have the manual
