* After registering on the paradox forums (see manual pg 72) you must register yourself as a diplomacy owner.
Do this by clicking the 'My Games'-button or following the link http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/mygames.php?.
In the that screen, you must enter your cd-key (found in the box your game came in) and press register. After doing
this you MUST choose a new password. This password is completely independant of the password you use to log into
the paradox forums.
* Only players that have previously participated in a game may join the game when it is restarted by the game owner.
The game owner may allow the public to join his saved game by checking the box next to 'Allow public joins' in
the game lobby.
* The gameowner may transfer ownership of a game to another player. That player must previously have participated
in that particular game. This action can be preformed by clicking the 'Change Owner'
button in the "My Games" sub-screen and entering the name of the new owner.
* Games started via the metaserver will be saved on the paradox server each turn.
* When creating a game you may choose if the game will be counted as a laddergame or not. If it is a laddergame,
score is calculated at the end of the game. A player will be represented in the ladder once he has joined his first ladder game.
