Hi!!! I play uk for the last 2 game that i did!!! And... in both game... my manpower at 24.6 by month decrease to 17.6 by month!!!! I cannot explain why... i dont loose any province... I dont change my minister!!! 
I dont know wich date exactly because i just realize it later on game... but seem to be in 1939!!
In addition... i want to know if it have a way to increase my manpower more faster... uk dont have a lot and reserve go down very fastly!! It is hard to do Invasion when u cannot build inf or reinforce them!!!
