By far, manpower is my biggest issue not only in this DLC, but every time I take a country that is not China or a major. Especially with the new garrisons.
Manpower woes : does getting ''TOTAL WAR'' + ''Women in the Workforce'' then going back to ''lesser'' economic laws a valid approach ?

You used to be able to do this, however now there is a check so that Women in the Workforce is cancelled when your economic law isn't Total Mob.
