I know that by tweaking the manpower the team wanted to balance the game more but things have been overdone and the balance has become off now.
Playing 1.07 as germany on hard/agressive
game went totally historical so far but as per 01.01.1943 the manpower issues kicks in and the game is literally done.
Forces and manpower for majors is as follos (01.01.1943) (only land units in account)
GER, 222 Div, 207 MP (even more than US and still MP left) (67 Garrisons)
JAP, 108 Div, 399 MP (over 50 Garrisons,gets ass kicked by Nat China)
USA, 147 Div, 1 MP (without a single land operation the US are out of MP)
UK, 97 Div, 528 MP
IT, 113 Div, 132 MP
NCH, 300 Div, 872 MP
SOV, 126 Div, 1208 MP (SOV lost a lot of units in pockets but still MP far to low cause taken less than 3.000.000 casualties
The balance of the game seems to be off track with these MP levels.
