Manpower cost for reinforcements

Hi guys, this is my first post in the mod forum, and i am only starting to explore how hearts of iron 2 works, but i have modded a few other games in the past so i am not new to modding in general. I posted this thread in the general forum, but realised that id probably get better answers here.

Im pretty sure its in the DB file under misc, but im not sure which one to change. i would like to know what part of the misc file i would need to change to make battle losses more devistating. specifically i would like to make reinforcement cost for manpower higher. eg. insteat of say recovering from 10% losses taking 5 man power, i would like to make it more like 10.

Any help would be apreciated.
