i was doing some modding with the province.csv, only to find out that my belief that 1 MP on the map means 1 MP/ a year is completely false.
I created a country with some 180 MP points spread all over the country, in the belief that 180/360 would net me some 0.5 MP a day. However, i received roughly 1.50+ a day.
Does anybody know the exact formula?
