not sure if someone has posted this (and i'd be surprised if someone hasn't as this bug has been around since horselords was launched) but why does my manpower go into negative when i have over 2m in population? (ex. manpower = 100k/-1m which equals -3m in manpower loss)

Is this a known issue and is there any way right now around it?

It's a bug due to the devs' oversight. I don't think you can fix it by modding, you probably have to wait for them to fix the code.

BTW, was the money overflow bug in Victoria II ever fixed?
