Is there anyone who remember a mod for Victoria that made i possible to play as the Manhattan Commune? I remember playing it some years ago, and wondering if anyone still has it and if you could play it with Ricky.

Hmm, I saw them declare independence once in the early years.

It's not about. In the world_names.csv it is the Manhattan Communa, but in the revolt.txt it is noted as Manchuria (although not assigned any cores or anything).
So what should I do to make it playable? Can't release it as satellite as the U.S. because there's nothing to release.
Enter the national culture, cores, etc... in the lines in the revolt.txt file (found in the 'db' folder).
You should be able to in vanilla Ricky. Give it back to the USA and you should be able to.
You can't release any satellites in the first few days of any game, for some reason.

More like "first two days". You can release any nation from the 3rd day of game, so long as its start + expire date are compatible, of course.
Not sure why it was? I'd prefer to be able to release a nation on start up and play from there, tbh.
What was the manhattan commune? I have never heard of that before. Where they communists?
